Payment terms
Alekstian s.c offers different solutions of payment.
For retailshops we are able to offer credit after agreement.
For end customers we offer online payment through Shoper Payments
Delivery time
Most of our items are in stock, and will be sent within 24 hours upon order.
If your ordered item is not in stock, you will be contacted with expected time of delivery.
Shipping
Shipping costs are directly related to the weight of the package. In addition, we factor in an additional amount to cover packing materials, and any special handling considerations that may be required to ship the package.
If package should be damaged upon arrival, you are obligated to get confirmation from the forwarder before accepting delivery.
